I really like that Spotted Zebra is super easy to use and that it uses behavioral and occupational psychology at its core, which I find brilliant. The combination of AI and automation with excellent customer service is great because I can always talk to someone who really helps and advises. It's fantastic that the platform encourages better conversations with hiring managers and adds a layer of data and science to assessments instead of relying on gut feelings.
