From the onboarding experience, to SpotDraft's responsiveness to issues and feature requests - SpotDraft makes contract lifecycle management a breeze! As a contracts manager, I enjoy how SpotDraft makes it easy for our users to generate and customize contracts, send contracts for signatures, and revisit them when needed. SpotDraft's Salesforce and Gmail integration showcases their responsiveness to feedback for feature requests and product feedback - both are excellent. I think the best thing about SpotDraft is the recently launched AI subscription. It really helps by giving you suggestions which help with the human work of legal. It's great that you can upload SOPs, and it will read them and match whatever is written in the legal document, providing recommendations and corrections. What do you like best about SpotDraft?

SpotDraft makes contract management much easier and faster. The template creation and approval workflows are useful for legal teams like ours that handle a high volume of agreements. I also like how it maintains version history, tracks approvals, and sends reminders for renewals. The user interface is clean and easy to use, even for non-legal teams. It's like having a super-smart assistant that helps draft contracts, flags potential risks with its new AI feature, and even extracts key details without any fuss. Beyond just making our internal processes smooth, using SpotDraft maintain the professionalism & Indicates that we take agreements seriously, Improves efficiency.

SpotDraft is fully self-serve, which significantly reduces our reliance on vendors. The workflows are flexible and can be adjusted at any time, making it easy to accommodate situations when contract owners, approvers, or signatories are unavailable and their designated backups need to step in to initiate, approve, or sign. The SpotDraft team, especially Harleen and Khushi, have been incredibly helpful. On numerous occasions, we have submitted last-minute requests and asked a wide range of questions, and both Harleen and Khushi have consistently responded quickly and addressed all our needs.

Whenever the platform has not been able to meet our specific organizational requirements, Harleen and Khushi have provided us with suitable workarounds or escalated our concerns to the SpotDraft product team.
