What do you like best about SpotDraft?

Templates and approvals for repeat contracts. Conditional templates plus automatic approval routing (for example by deal value) mean routine deals such as insertion orders, NDAs, creator agreements and vendor contracts need less manual back-and-forth. Legal can focus on the non-standard ones.

AI review inside Word. Its review tool flags risky clauses and supports negotiation without leaving Word. That fits how we work now, with redlines and comment threads.

Clickwrap and a Legal Hub for online terms. This could manage the versions and acceptance records of the Dolphin, Voxy and Connecto terms in one place, with an audit trail.

Intake for legal requests. Business teams submit requests through a form, not by email or WhatsApp, so work is easier to track and prioritise.

E-signature and eStamping together. Stamp duty has come up repeatedly in our matters. Check whether it covers the states we need, including Karnataka.

Searchable repository and reporting. One place for executed contracts, with renewal and turnaround reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotDraft?

What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contracts scattered across emails, WhatsApp and drives. It puts them in one searchable repository, so finding the signed version of an agreement is quick.

Repetitive drafting. Conditional templates let the business generate standard contracts without Legal, and Legal’s time goes to the non-standard ones.

Slow, untracked approvals. It routes contracts to the right approver by rule, for example deal value, and shows where each one is stuck.

Legal as an inbox bottleneck. Intake forms replace ad-hoc requests, so you can see volume and turnaround.

Execution friction. E-signature, and eStamping where the state is supported, in the same flow as the contract.

Version and acceptance records for online terms. Clickwrap and a Legal Hub track which version of the terms users accepted.
