Some CLM tools have clearly been designed to optimize for the often-complex requirements of institutional contract management. They provide features and functions for edge cases that someone has spent a lot of time thinking about. But most day-to-day CLM usage is straightforward: uploading a signed contract, sending a letter to a colleague for signature, etc. SpotDraft's design strikes me as optimized for those high-volume actions, while having more-than-adequate capabilities in reserve to accommodate the rare need. In my experience, the greater risk for a CLM is being too "clunky" because that stops people from using it (which then creates other, more serious risks). SpotDraft's nimble and intuitive design and ample integrations make it amenable to widespread adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the dashboards and reports not as intuitive as some of its other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
