I like Spoke Dispatch’s convenient, smooth interface, especially the mobile app. I can plot more than 10 routes at a time, quickly and easily create routes and send them to drivers, and create routes and add stops on the go. I can change stop colors, choose where stops go in the route, set arrival and end times, and manually order the stops. I don't like that I can't access the Spoke Dispatch platform through the mobile interface, so I have to use a computer, which takes time. The mobile browser is clunky and a bit slower, and changing or adding routes after sending them to drivers doesn't sync well. I also found the pricing significantly higher—about two to three times higher for a small team of three—though I switched after the account manager offered me a good deal.
