What do you dislike about spocto?

However, HR policies and office politics are major sources of worry. The widespread practice of nepotism and bias in hiring and firing choices undermines equity and morale. The HR team's severe and unequal enforcement of the regulations, which ignores each employee's unique circumstances, is another aspect that contributes to the challenging and oftentimes stressful work environment.
