(1) We are getting a professional team of creatives and digital marketing experts for far less than it would cost to maintain a team of that level in-house. (2) They are very flexible. They easily honed strategies and execution based on changes we needed to make to our business early-on. (3) They quickly learned the intricacies of the tropical fish market and are dead-on in the creative material they are generating. (4) Their transparent billing model is very much appreciated. This hasn't been the case with other agencies we've worked with and attempting to breakdown the billing with them was a real hassle. (5) They truly feel like an extension of our team. We have to give a special shoutout to the Splurge Project Manager we work with. Communication is always clear and timely, and we were kept in the loop every step of the way with well-organized milestones/metrics, regular updates, and detailed reports. We have an online tropical fish business that sells retail aquarium fish to the public. We needed a rebranding and a more aggressive digital marketing strategy developed and executed to take our sales to the next level. We do not have a large in-house marketing team and the best option was to go with a third-party digital marketing agency that could give us all of the expertise and manpower we needed in digital marketing. Attempting to bring all of that in-house would have been extremely expensive, not to mention, time consuming. Splurge Media has been a real game-changer for us and their team really took the time to understand our brand, our goals/challenges and our market. They delivered a fresh new look and feel for our website that not only looks extremely professional but also offers a much better user experience. On top of that, the SEO, digital ads, and email marketing campaigns they’ve created and managed for us have been incredibly successful — driving engagement, bringing customers back, and contributing directly to our bottom line.
