What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I had to give this some thought. Accessing facilities in the business admin console could be a little more intuitive, perhaps if it was easier to select one or more groups or have an ability to assign a group to multiple machines at once? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Support:

For the similar features there is no benefit to LogMeIn. Other providers are priced so as not to help small businesses, Splashtop works because it is reasonable, useful and I have had a very good experience with it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Splashtop Remote Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cost / Benefit. I moved to Splashtop from LogMeIn. The service is almost identical though the GUI is slightly different (that’s ok though, not a problem). The majority of my clients are over 50 (oldest one on the books is 90) and I have recently been giving talks at local clubs featuring remote support.
