What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

What problems is Splashtop Remote Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote support for end users, so that legacy devices can be accessed before decommissioning. It's also very stable with little to no interruptions. It also integrates with M365 for SSO. The UI is very useful, with many options to access various tools. The customer support is also very helpful and gets back with you quickly. I haven't had a chance to use the AI features yet but I've heard they're very intelligent, and seamless. I am curious as to how AI can help further bring more success.
