"Affordable, Feature-Rich Splashtop with Support That Listens"

What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Cost! Features! Support! My last system was very costly and Splashtop is much more affordable and supports more computers. The features are great and growing. Third party path management apps is growing. Support works with me on issues and implementing suggestions to make the system better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I have some ideas that would be great but it is not a dislike. I have a list of Scripts and Task that would be great to be able to choose several of the to run instead of one at a time. Again a suggestion but not a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Splashtop Remote Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remembering password in the browser so I don't have to enter it again and again. Also an issue where pushing out a file via scripts and the file requires logging in as admin to use it. They told me how to change rights on the folder as a quick patch and are actively working to change this in th system to not have this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
