But that’s also the thing: in more than a decade of use, only once has anything actually gone sideways. And when it did, the support team went well beyond their assigned responsibilities to help me get it resolved.

The model is clearly built for people who understand that what you’re paying for with the big-box hosts is the 24/7 support.
