What do you like best about Spinnable Ai?

We run a short-term rental business in Portugal with three large-group properties, and we adopted Spinnable to build an AI-first operations stack. Today it powers two agents for us: a lead-scoring agent that evaluates every inquiry (profitability, risk of lost revenue, suggested commercial posture) and a guest communications agent we're rolling out for pre-booking sales and during-stay support.

What stands out is how well it plugs into a real workflow rather than living in a silo. Our agents post internal notes directly into our PMS (Guesty), send WhatsApp alerts to management when a high-value lead comes in, and route escalations by email with full context so a human only steps in when actually needed. The escalation logic is configurable enough that we could encode our own rules (pricing requests, complaints, event requests always go to a human; routine FAQ answers don't).

The practical result: our team stopped manually triaging every inquiry. High-value leads get flagged within minutes, low-quality ones get handled or closed automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spinnable Ai?

Setup takes real work. To get reliable behavior, you have to invest upfront in building solid knowledge bases, escalation rules, and message templates, and then keep an eye on the results. That’s probably how it should be, but don’t expect a plug-and-play experience on day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
