Speechify is the best text to voice generator that I've used thus far. It is the only one that truly sounds like a natural real voice, all of the other ones still sound a bit dated and don't match the current capacity of AI. This one is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the "readers" don't understand breaths and breaks between paragraphs. It requires you in the app to manually put in spaces or paragraph breaks to try to make it sound more natural, but sometimes it doesn't do that at all, even when I try.
