What do you dislike about Spectrum?

Billing can be a little confusing with multiple accounts / service locations. Took some time to get all services onto a single bill but we did get it tidied up in the end to make approvals / payment cycles easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spectrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spectrum is providing redundant diverse connections to the internet, allowing resiliency both from our site, aswell as resiliency in the local area to protect against accident damage / natural disasters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
