I like how easy Speak4 is to use. I have it set up for a few campaigns, and it gets easier each time; the first time, it took about 5 to 10 minutes to get set up and active. I also like how quickly it connects constituents with their legislators so they can submit letters and speak up about the issues we want to promote. The Facebook integration works seamlessly: people can submit their Speak4 letters through a Facebook lead form without leaving Facebook, which helps us reach more folks quicker and easier. It makes the process feel like a one-stop shop instead of having to create an ad platform, add a link, and embed it. The first setup was very easy, too—we got help onboarding and had it set up within 10 to 15 minutes while someone stayed on the Zoom call to make sure it was working properly. I’d like confirmation emails after people submit their letters to come from our own domain rather than Speak4. It would also be helpful if this were built into Speak4 instead of having to connect Zapier or another service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
