What do you like best about Speak4?

Speak4 allows me to seamlessly integrate Facebook Lead Forms with my campaigns, making it much easier to track leads in one place. AI Smoothing has been a tremendous help in maintaining high-quality, on-message letters for lawmakers, even when managing large volumes. Combined with the review feature, which flags messages that need attention before being sent, I can ensure nothing is missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Speak4?

The only limitation I’ve noticed is with the AI agent’s message review. Occasionally, it can miss subtle issues that are off-message if they aren’t blatant profanities, so we always perform an extra manual check, especially on custom and AI-smoothed letters. Despite this, the Speak4 help team is always available, responsive to questions, and open to constructive feedback for platform improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Speak4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speak4 not only makes the process frictionless for us to be able to recruit advocates for our issues, but it makes it easier for them to take action with a mobile-friendly platform, something that many other competitors fail at.
