What do you like best about Spatiko?

We run a real estate photography and media business in the Montreal area and switched to Spatiko from Spiro. The difference was obvious right away. The interface is much more intuitive and simply easier to work with, and our clients (real estate agents) have all told us they love it.

What really sets Spatiko apart is the team. When a few clients pointed out features they were used to in Spiro, Spatiko built them quickly. Their responsiveness was a big part of why we switched. We feel fully supported, and they’ve solved more of our pain points than I can count.

The standout for us is the French translation feature. In Quebec, that means we can properly serve French-speaking clients without losing our English-speaking ones, and it helps us meet Quebec’s French-language requirements. We also appreciate the steady stream of new features. Seeing where a client found the booking link has been genuinely useful, and the seasonal themes (the Halloween one was a hit) are a fun touch.

Spatiko also fits into the tools we already use. Each order links to its Dropbox folder, including the past orders we brought over from Spiro.

Performance has been solid too. We run our daily bookings and orders through it, and so far none of our clients have complained about anything being slow or glitchy.

Spatiko has a native AI connector for Claude, so I can ask about orders, our schedule or revenue in plain language instead of clicking through screens Its also great for bulk actions that are simple but would take forever to do by hand.

It’s also much cheaper. At our current volume, Spatiko costs us 3 to 4 times less, for a platform that both we and our clients like better. The ROI was an easy call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spatiko?

When we first moved over, a few features we relied on in Spiro weren’t available yet. Once we raised it with the team, they added those features quickly, so the gap didn’t last long. That said, if you’re migrating from another platform, it’s worth expecting a brief adjustment period while you identify and flag anything you feel is missing. What problems is Spatiko solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spatiko runs our bookings, orders and delivery in a way that’s simpler for both our team and our clients. The French translation lets us expand into the French-only part of our market, which is a big share of Quebec, while keeping our English-speaking clients happy. Booking source tracking shows us which links clients actually use to book, so we can see where our business is coming from. Most importantly, we’ve found a platform and a team we trust.
