What do you like best about Spatiko?

We're a real estate photography company in the DC area and we moved over from HDPhotoHub. I have a team of 5 photographers and we chose team plan on Spatiko, and their monthly subscription costs me much less than pay as you go in HDphotohub.

The order forms are the main thing. I send the link or people find it on our site and they just book. No more texts asking what we offer or what it costs. We're doing more orders now and I think that's why. They pay upfront too, since Apple Pay and Link make it easy.

Spatiko works great on my phone, which matters because I'm almost never at a desk. Calendar and Dropbox just work. And clients figure it out on their own now, so I've stopped getting weekly messages about logging in or finding photos.

The migration was my biggest fear. Over 4,000 orders plus all our clients and team. Spatiko moved everything automatically in about 10 minutes. I'd blocked off a weekend for it. I also set up every service, packages, payouts with their AI integration.

I contacted their support only a few times, but their support is unmatched, they not only resolved my problem fast but also gave me recommendations on how to make my overal workflow better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spatiko?

They are newer system on the market, so they don't have all integrations and all features that older systems have. But for me its not a big issue, they have all that I use for my business, and also I requested several features, and they added it to their list and released them already. What problems is Spatiko solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run my whole business on Spatiko. Booking, scheduling, payments, assigning shoots to my team, delivering the photos. It's all in one place instead of spread across a few tools and my text messages.

We shoot a lot of properties across DMV. Our old setup had one order form for everything, and I spent a lot of time answering questions that a good booking page should answer by itself.

Now clients book on their own and pay on their own. I get fewer texts, fewer support questions, and more orders, and a lot less time spent on admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
