What do you like best about SparrowCRM?

It’s very user-friendly, and the AI functions make it easy for me to send my MOMs and ensure my deals are always touch-based. It also helps me identify risk factors and prepare better for my next meetings.

The integrations with my internal tools are very seamless and also the stability of the platform is top notch. The setup of the tool was very easy and also the constant support from the team.

What do you dislike about SparrowCRM?

What problems is SparrowCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team often gets lost when we start our expansion process and miss the follow ups. We used to take a lot of time to go and prepare our MOM and at times miss the key challenges the customers tells us which we need to focus. Sparrow CRM reads all emails and calls though its note taker and ensures we are able to the summary of all the conversations and lets us know the next point of follow ups.
