"SPARK: An All-in-One Platform That Streamlines Our Martial Arts Academy"

What do you like best about Spark Membership?

We’ve been using SPARK at Royce Gracie Academy of Macomb, and it has become an important part of how we manage and grow our academy.

SPARK gives us the tools we need to keep our student information organized, manage billing, communicate with members and prospects, track leads, and streamline many of the day-to-day administrative tasks that come with running a martial arts school. As we’ve continued to grow, having those systems in one place has made a big difference.

What I appreciate most is that SPARK is built specifically for martial arts schools. The platform continues to improve, and their team understands the challenges academy owners face because the software is designed around our industry.

For an academy owner looking to become more organized, automate more of the business, and spend less time dealing with administrative work, I would absolutely recommend SPARK.

What problems is Spark Membership solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spark Membership helps us solve a lot of the administrative challenges that come with running a growing martial arts academy. It keeps our billing, student information, lead follow-up, attendance, communication, and reporting organized in one place.

The biggest benefit is efficiency. It allows us to automate many of the repetitive tasks that would otherwise take time away from teaching, working with students, and growing the academy. It also gives us a much clearer picture of our leads, memberships, and overall business so we can make better decisions.
