I’m the talent acquisition manager, responsible for leading the recruitment department and providing the results required for the appropriate filling of vacancies. When I received this position, where the plan was made up of infinite opportunities and a lot of hope to improve the recruitment process. The objective was to automate and streamline the process and make recruiting talent easier. SparkHire has adapted to our needs making our selection process and technical interviews more immediate and optimizing time and quality in talent acquisition. The candidates resolve the question sets more easily at any moment of their day. Also, we can share the interviews with hiring managers make a prescreening, and obtain their feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Spark Hire? The platform is intuitive and easy to use in general, except for the question sets module. It's important to mention that making the question sets is more complicated than it seems, getting the workflow to stagnate sometimes. Even when we want to create a new one with existing questions, we lose time making a new one with the same questions. We have a few suggestions: - More questions on each question set. - Two-way interview, we should be able to supervise in real-time. - Be able to rate from 0 to 5, instead from 1 to 5. - Delete Cantidate’s Data, not only their One-Way interviews. - An easy way to see the sent questions to the candidate.
