We've been using Spark Hire for almost 5 years at this point, and its been an invaluable service to help us with our internship recruitment cycle. It allowed us to scale our recruitment practices easily as our internship program grew and our applicant pool grew! I also love how reasonable the prices are, and the flexibility of building the plan and the timing that works best for us/what we're looking for at any given moment. I would love the ability to save or download the completed videos - I know it's a feature on a higher payment tier, though, so some day we should be able to scale up to that! Any issues/problems we encounter, our rep or a member of the tech team has always been able to jump in and help us with very quickly. In terms of benefits, it's allowed us to reasonably scale practices by using the one way interviews to "interview" way more candidates than we would traditionally be able to. It also helps standardize this first step in the interview process - every candidate is being asked the same questions. Additionally, the degree of customization is insanely helpful for us!
