The system helps me keep my recruitment processes organized, track candidate statuses, share recruitment data and insights with hiring managers, and maintain relevant information regarding candidates and open positions. In addition, the AI features that were introduced have helped speed up processes significantly, and overall the platform helps me automate and streamline many parts of the recruitment workflow.
