What do you like best about SpamTitan Email Security?

The mail comes through very quickly.

There is the ability to see in the reports all mail that has gone through allowing you to pin point at what part a mail message may have been intercepted.

The ability to fine tune the score and cut off point is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpamTitan Email Security?

The reporting interface can sometimes take along time to load when looking over a weeks worth of emails.

Occasionally valid items will be flagged as spam which I can then whitelist to ensure it doesn't happen again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SpamTitan Email Security:

The product is very good at what they do. You will have to tweak your cut off scores and the more you correct it the better the product becomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpamTitan Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows me to protect my clients emails from malicious attachments and phishing attacks. Security is about layers and this provides one of the layers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
