I love that Spamsentinel, once installed, is easy to maintain and it rarely has false positives. It just does the job it says it does. It clears up the junk, allowing me to get to my real mail and put items where I can review them later without having to create rules for each mailbox manually. The support is outstanding, really fast and knowledgeable. I appreciate not having to have an admin go into quarantine to find client mail as Spamsentinel allows us to verify the mail and make sure real communications come through, not items from compromised client email addresses.
