"SpaceKru is A Game-Changer for Small Businesses"

What do you like best about SpaceKru?

Honestly, everything about SpaceKru has been a WOW experience for our company. What impressed us most is that it goes far beyond being another AI platform—it genuinely feels like having an AI team working alongside us. The Concierge is a standout: having an AI assistant that understands our business and can help us manage and execute tasks is incredibly powerful. But the AI Community Manager is on another level. It doesn't just interact with our community—it plans our social media strategy, creates the content, and actually publishes it across our social channels. Having an AI Employee capable of handling the entire content cycle is something we had never experienced before. And being able to search for and discover new potential customers directly inside the platform is a huge advantage because SpaceKru connects AI not only to our existing operations, but also directly to our growth. Everything feels connected, intelligent, and extremely well thought out. We have tried many AI tools, but SpaceKru is one of those products that makes you stop and think, “Wow… this is where business software is going.” It has completely changed our perception of what AI can actually do for a company. What do you dislike about SpaceKru?

The main thing I would like to see is an AI Employee dedicated to accounting and financial operations. Given how much SpaceKru can already handle across sales, customer service, community management, and business operations, having an AI Employee that could also help manage accounting processes would make the platform even more complete. I understand that this is already something the team is working on, so I’m really looking forward to seeing it added. What problems is SpaceKru solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small company with a limited team and budget, one of our biggest challenges has always been trying to cover everything a growing business needs without having to hire a large number of specialized people. SpaceKru is solving exactly that problem for us. Instead of needing separate people and tools for sales, customer service, social media, lead generation, follow-ups, and administrative tasks, we can have AI Employees handling many of these responsibilities as part of our team. This allows our existing staff to focus on higher-value work while SpaceKru takes care of tasks that would otherwise consume a huge amount of time and resources. The biggest benefit is that it gives a small company capabilities that previously felt accessible only to companies with much larger teams and budgets.
