"Intuitive Platform That Saves Our Small Team Time"

What do you like best about Spacebring?

What I like best about Spacebring is that it brings the key parts of managing our coworking community together in a way that is intuitive for both our staff and our members. Managing memberships, room and space bookings, member accounts, and day-to-day activity requires less manual intervention than other platforms we've experienced, which makes a real difference for a small team. What do you dislike about Spacebring?

The main downside for our team is that Spacebring doesn't have a native monthly bookings calendar. There are workarounds by directly syncing with Google Calendar or using Zapier to sync with Outlook, but it doesn't sync both ways. We would LOVE to see a native monthly bookings calendar, rather than just a weekly view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spacebring solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously used a platform that only allowed room credits to be assigned as dollar amounts rather than hours, which often led to credits being applied incorrectly. Fixing those issues required our team to manually refund, recalculate, and reapply credits. Spacebring’s 1 credit = 1 hour option is much more intuitive. It’s easy for both our team and our members to understand, reduces errors, and saves us a significant amount of administrative time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
