What do you like best about Sovos eFileMyForms?

The data entry for our 1099 forms was very simple — even I (a research chemist) could manage! The end results were 1099 forms that were clear and straightforward. Having a one-stop site that would provide not only data entry and form production, but sending to the IRA and to the employee made the entire process painless. What do you dislike about Sovos eFileMyForms?

I did not see any negatives whatsoever with the forms that I needed to generate. The instructions provided online were very clear. The entire process was very clear and quick, and the turnaround on mailing the forms fit well within our time constraints. As the number of recipients was small, and their data limited, I did not need to integrate the program with our other applications. When entering data, the AI engine made sure that my data entry was complete and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sovos eFileMyForms solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all, I am not an HR or financial expert by any means. Regardless, the program produced flawless forms that satisfied both the needs of our employees and the IRS. I could have tried producing the 1099s via entering the data on IRS-available forms, but I would not have had the peace of mind I had knowing that the data entry was accurate, and that the forms would be sent to the appropriate recipients.
