What do you like best about Sovos eFileMyForms?

Ease of use, reliability, and that it stores my information from year to year to make it easy for me to keep going. It has always been a system that does exactly what I need it to do and we have been using it for years ever since my accountant recommended it to me as a way to take care of the tax filings for our contractors. What do you dislike about Sovos eFileMyForms?

I don’t really have anything that I dislike about the platform. I guess maybe the web design and user interface and user experience are a little bit dated, so it does not cooperate very well on mobile; however, I have just adjusted to using it only on my computer and not worrying about doing it from mobile. What problems is Sovos eFileMyForms solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that it is solving for me is keeping me from having to use expensive payroll services to track my tax filings for our employees and contractors. It is doing the exact job that I needed to do for a singular task without me having to go into a platform that does more than I need to do so it is saving me money and time!
