What do you like best about Sovos 1099Pro?

easy to validate vendors TIN/EIN through all 3 basic checks in order to be prepared for year end. templates make it easy to import all required information from our software. Both our software and SOVOS "talk" with one another. easy to print forms, easy to send data for SOVOS to print and mail out for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sovos 1099Pro?

Customer service and customer support can be better. How SOVOS provides for state forms was not clearly stated in the product advertisement and i was rushing at the deadline for our state to file all our forms through the state website because SOVOS did not provide that service. Receiving any reply to emails took more that 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sovos 1099Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am not sure of any probems they are solving currently besides continuing to offer videos and how tos to address any issues that may come up for year end. i have not reached out to them and they have not reached out to me. they usually host webinars for everyone as the deadline approaches to file 1099s.
