I like Sospes Safety Management Software because it has a quick link to add Corrective/Preventive actions. It's easy to track all the events that happen in my group, and the initial setup was really very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's said that my team member is not able to access the old events they have for 2024 which are not closed yet. I didn't verify this issue myself, but I hope that all my team members can access all the events they own, no matter if they are closed or not. I'm not sure if it will be a compliance issue or not. On the access issue with older 2024 events, we want to make sure this gets resolved and confirmed either way, especially since compliance access is involved. This can sometimes come down to a date range filter rather than an actual permissions restriction, but we'd like to verify your team's specific setup rather than guess.
