I like the easy access Sospes Safety Management Software provides for both management and employees. It allows for more employee engagement with the safety program, and I really like its incident and observation reporting tools. It's great for keeping all my SDSs, accessing training records, and putting in training content. The ability to have training content provided for me is also a big plus. The incident and observation reporting tools are invaluable; they let employees log on via their phone or an iPad to immediately report incidents or safety observations and provide photos. The feedback from employees and their ability to share concerns and observations is absolutely worth the cost. Being able to turn observations into real-time data gives me a better understanding of what's happening at my site. The training management system is top-notch. I can input my own content or, utilize those from their catalogs and manage all credentials, which I can access anytime. Employees also can access their credentials and are notified when a credentials is about to expire. The initial setup was smooth and seamless. The Sospes team was there at every step of the way including a site visit for training to both the employees and management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't really run into any major issues with Sospes Safety Management Software, just minor glitches that are immediately resolved by the admin team. They are very responsive and quickly handle any situation. Their service is really unbeatable! In terms of improvements, within the document section, it would be helpful if they had folders for each document group. For example, separate folders for JHA's or program policies.
