What do you dislike about Sorc'd for Google Sheets for G Suite?

I'm only disappointed that I didn't create this. As I said it is an awesome tool. It looks and feels like Microsoft's Excel but easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sorc'd for Google Sheets for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Sheets to gather customer information. With the customer actively logged in we can see the changes real time and adjust their phone system accordingly. This has been amazing for us as we used to make an Excel spreadsheet, send it to the customer to have them fill it out, then return it to us. When they needed to make changes we would end up with several versions of the same spreadsheet. With Google Sheets it's 1 spreadsheet per customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
