"Soraban Makes Tax Prep Faster & More Organized, and I have a life during tax season now!"

5/5

What do you like best about Soraban?

I love how much time Soraban saves me and how much easier it makes the tax prep process. The Collect feature is especially helpful because it keeps client questionnaires and documents organized in one place. The automated reminders are also a huge plus. I spend so much less time chasing clients for information or keeping track of who still needs to send things in.

I also really like the Connect feature. It's been very smooth to use and typically gets the return about 95% complete, which saves a lot of time on manual data entry. Overall, Soraban has made the tax prep process much more efficient and organized, giving me more time to focus on reviewing returns and helping clients with tax planning. What do you dislike about Soraban?

I'm still fairly new to Soraban (about a year of experience using it) but so far, I really don't have any complaints. It's been a great experience, especially compared to the previous programs I've used, TaxCaddy and SurePrep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Soraban solving and how is that benefiting you?

Soraban saves me a lot of time by streamlining the process of collecting client information and following up on missing documents. The automated reminders take a lot of that work off my plate. The Connect feature also does a great job of preparing the return, so instead of spending hours entering data, I can focus on reviewing the return for accuracy and identifying tax planning opportunities. It makes the whole process much more efficient and I've gotten a lot of tax season hours of my life back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
