What do you like best about Sora?

Sora is super user-friendly! All new hire communications and adding hires into Workday could previously only be done by more experienced and senior team members but now anyone can do them. We started implementation only thinking Sora would be used for Workday new hires, but when other internal teams heard about Sora and all the capabilities it had, they immediately wanted to use it. What do you dislike about Sora?

It did take a while to implement the Greenhouse to Workday integration, however, now that it's up and running, the time spent was worth it. The only downside right now is there are a few restrictions on the subject and senders of surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sora solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sora is helping us save hours and hours. We used to send all email comms to new hires manually, and it was tracked on a spreadsheet. Everything is automated now so emails don't slip through the cracks or get missed. We previously used to have to rely on the HRIS team to make any adjustments to communications being sent via Workday but now anyone can make the change and the formatting is more configurable than HTML was.
