What do you like best about Sophos PhishThreat?

For an Organization already managing endpoints and firewalls through sophos central, adding phis threat is extremely straightforward. What I like most from an administrative is how seamless the campaign setup is. You don't have to spend hours building mock templates from scratch, the built-in template library covers a wide-range of common corporate lures that look genuinely convincing. The automated assignment of training modules when a user clicks a simulated link saves a ton of manual follow-up work. What do you dislike about Sophos PhishThreat?

The Customization and localization options can feel a bit rigid compared to standalone security awareness platforms. Sometimes tailoring a template to match specific local phrasing or internal company naming conventions takes more tweaking than it should. Additionally, the reporting granularity is decent for high-level overviews, but i would love to see deeper behavioural tracking over multi-quarter periods without havin to export raw data into separate sheets for custom trend analysis. What problems is Sophos PhishThreat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Human error remains the easiest entry point for attackers in our environment. Phish threat helps us proactively test our users security awareness in a controlled manner before a real-world threat slips past the perimeter. it has drastically improved our department's ability to identify recurring high-risk users, run targeted remediation, and foster an active culture of questioning suspicious emails rather than blindly clicking.
