What do you like best about Sonora?

We were running everything through spreadsheets. Multiple versions, different people updating different ones, and then someone's gut feeling would override the numbers anyway. That's not a health score. That's a vibe with a column header. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sonora solving and how is that benefiting you?

What we needed wasn't just another AI tool to throw at the stack. We needed to consolidate - get our volume trends, renewal dates, Gong recordings, Zendesk tickets, and Salesforce data into one place that account managers could actually trust before walking into a client call. Sonora did that. I'm not going to pretend the setup was instant, but the team listened to how we actually work (high-touch, 30–40 accounts per AM, very hands-on), and the health scores we landed on reflect that.
