It has always been reliable and easy to log in securely, offering MFA options as well. In this aspect, it has made working over VPN quite trouble-free. I highly recommend this to companies wanting something reliable, easy to use, and low maintenance for the IT department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

An option they offer for MFA is to send a code via email, but it would be nice if there was an option to not require it for every login session (even every 30 days would be nicer). This may be a requirement that my IT department set itself, but if not, keep in mind that when logging in, you will need access to your work email to obtain the verification code.
