Admins can configure different types of access to different types of user groups is an added advantage. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Secure Mobile Access?** Overall a good and secure solution but little bit costly. Sometimes users reported slowness. **What problems is SonicWall Secure Mobile Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** SonicWall secure remote access provides secure & encrypted VPN connection to your enterprises. In this aspect, it has made working over VPN quite trouble-free. I highly recommend this to companies wanting something reliable, easy to use, and low maintenance for the IT department. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Secure Mobile Access?** An option they offer for MFA is to send a code via email, but it would be nice if there was an option to not require it for every login session (even every 30 days would be nicer). This may be a requirement that my IT department set itself, but if not, keep in mind that when logging in, you will need access to your work email to obtain the verification code. **What problems is SonicWall Secure Mobile Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using SonicWall Secure Remote Access for a few years now - usually whenever I'm on the road or working from home. Due to its reliability, I am never concerned about whether I'll be able to connect or not. ### 3. It is also easy to put someone into the allowable category and mark as "not spam". **What do you dislike about SonicWall Secure Mobile Access?** Sometimes when checking normal emails and clicking on links, sonicwall will shut that down and not let you get to the site even though the link is good. It is not easy to bypass this. **What problems is SonicWall Secure Mobile Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps to filter out spam but then also do a quick check periodically to make sure something isn't getting caught in the spam filter that is actually important and needed. ### 4. Remote access is a snap and very fast. I could only not connect maybe 3 or 4 times during the entire time its been setup. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Secure Mobile Access?** The software could be improved just a little bit connected from a mobile device or tablet. You can still control everything just fine but it could be optimized. **What problems is SonicWall Secure Mobile Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** The sonicwall allows us to securely connect. It runs well and you dont run into any problems with you remote access if using dynamic IPs. Our previous solution required that we use static Ips. ### 5. You don't have to be in a secured network but it makes the job more easier and safer and less stressful. I've used the software with different companies and it's very helpful especially with helping customers who aren't too tech savvy. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Secure Mobile Access?** I can't think of anything that's not great about the software. Sometimes it may take a while to get connected to a customers device, but most times it's not the software, it's the connection on the customers end from my experience. **What problems is SonicWall Secure Mobile Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** SonicWalk is solving technical issues for customers at a more reliable and swifter rate. You are able to see exactly what issues the customer is having and show them how to resolve the issue or take over yourself and resolve the issue. ### 6.
