What do you like best about Sonia?

SONIA has been extremely helpful in the organization and tracking of student placements and all needed data. I enjoy the ease of use for data entry and exporting of required data for reports and projections, specifically as it relates to CSWE competencies. The available support and resources are also a huge help when needing to resolve an issue or concern. The ability to "copy" forms and share them, both internally and externally, is an excellent means of working 'smarter, not harder' and is ideal in an everchanging and evolving atmosphere. What do you dislike about Sonia?

Some steps are tedious, such as creating Forms and all of the minute details that one must follow. But with continuous use, they feel much less foreign. However, support is present should such issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sonia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are streamlining and efficiently tracking students in their field placements from beginning to end. This includes the pre-referral process and collection of needed data, as well as the end results of required reporting for accrediting bodies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
