What do you like best about Solvimon?

We launched self-serve and token/credit billing without a billing team of our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solvimon?

The UI is clearly built by engineers who spent their effort on the billing logic, not the dashboard. Some things I'd expect to do in two clicks take a bit of digging, and a few views assume you already know how the credit ledger is modeled. A few things also weren't documented when we started though they've improved that over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Solvimon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our choice was build billing ourselves or run on something that already handled it. We ran with Solvimon. What made it work: they were responsive while we set up, and when we needed something that didn't exist yet, they built it. Self-serve credit purchase, usage metering, checkout, and invoicing all come from one system so we foucs on our business while getting metering and billing correct.
