What do you like best about Solvimon?

Solvimon handles pricing models that would make most billing tools fall over.

At Gigs, we run 30+ bespoke plans across partners, combining subscription minimums, usage tiers, prepaid credits, and contract-specific overrides. Historically, that meant workarounds and manual logic layered on top of our systems.

What do you dislike about Solvimon?

The UI is functional rather than flashy. It’s clearly built by engineers who prioritized billing logic and robustness over visual polish. A few UI elements like bulk downloading invoices and a more flexible search function would be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Solvimon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Solvimon, we were managing a large portion of pricing logic manually and across multiple tools. As we added more enterprise partners with bespoke contracts, complexity increased and so did invoice exceptions.

Monthly close used to take about 7 days, largely due to billing reconciliations and contract edge cases.

Solvimon centralized all pricing logic and automated invoicing across our bespoke plans. It surfaced inconsistencies and revenue leakage we didn’t have visibility on before.

The impact has been tangible:

• Monthly close reduced from 7 days to 2

• Invoice accuracy significantly improved

• Engineering is no longer maintaining billing glue code

• Finance and sales now operate from the same source of truth

The biggest shift for me as Group Controller is speed and confidence. When a deal is signed, the billing logic is already configured - invoices go out the same day without manual handoffs.
