What do you like best about Solution 7?

One thing I noticed after working with Solution7 is that routine business tasks are much easier to follow because everything is connected. Instead of checking different systems for updates I can see process status documents and approvals from the same workspace. That has made daily work more organized without adding unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solution 7?

Some configuration options are hidden behind multiple menus which takes time to learn.

What problems is Solution 7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our challenge was not completing work, it was keeping track of where every request was in the process. Solution7 gave us a much clearer picture by centralizing operational data and workflow activity.
