What do you like best about SOLUS AI?

SOLUS AI is extremely good in creating the segment of customers based on all historical data in the most creative way. If you can think of a target audience, you can create that segment within seconds. They create hyper-personalized nudges and target the customer segements which have helped our multiple group companies to accelerate achieving the revenue targets. Very easy to onboard, super easy to execute and the only thing they expect is the creatives from the customer. We also like the way they attribute the Sales increase because of Solus AI intervention which really makes it very easy to compute ROI and justify investments. What do you dislike about SOLUS AI?

Nothing really. The only thing you might need to be careful is around how the attribution window works. Each business might have different timelines of attribution. So work with Solus and business teams to understand the potential conversion window once the customer is targetted and define it properly so that you get a clear understanding of the impact Solus is having on your top line. What problems is SOLUS AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Increase conversions, targetting lost customers or those who are about to churn, better nudging without un-necessarily bother customers time and again with the same message, uniquely targeting customers with what they would potentially buy next.
