What do you like best about Solsten CRE?

Using this platform honestly made the whole underwriting part of buying a house way less of a nightmare. Instead of having like ten tabs open and trying to figure out all this random data, it's got the main property reports—like the building specifications and zoning summaries all in one spot. It makes moving from that first look to actually seeing if the house is a safe bet way faster.

The way they set up the data in the workflow is super helpful for staying focused, especially since I'm doing this all myself. It simplifies the due diligence part because it shows the big-picture stuff right next to the important numbers, like the property tax history and automated valuation models. What problems is Solsten CRE solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solsten really tackles the biggest headache for a private buyer, which is basically the "data scavenger hunt" you usually have to go through. When you're trying to figure out if a house is actually a good deal, you usually end up buried in a million open tabs, trying to find zoning laws on one city site and tax history on another. Solsten solves this by pulling all that high-level data into one streamlined spot, so you aren't stuck piecing together a puzzle with missing parts.

The biggest benefit for me has been how it handles the "underwriting" side of things—which is just a fancy way of saying it helps me double-check that the numbers actually make sense. Since it automatically pulls in the building specs, I can see right away if a property is priced right compared to the rest of the neighborhood.
