What do you like best about Soley?

We are a 104-year-old family business. This also means that we use a data structure that has grown over decades, which in part deviates from the familiar standards of common ERP systems. And this is exactly where Soley's strength lies. Customer centricity is at the forefront here.

It was only through committed employees driven by the idea of customer centricity that we were able to decisively drive the market exit process.

By linking the data, the integrated collaboration platform and the analysis tables, we have gained enormous time resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soley?

The UI (diagrams etc.) definitely serve their purpose, but they are not really up-to-date anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Soley solving and how is that benefiting you?

Phase out process:

Before we used Soley for our market phase out process, the process was dominated by countless Excel lists.

Unfortunately, the discussions between sales and engineering were much more about who had the "right" numbers, so the important discussion about removing a product did not happen.

Since the introduction of the tool, we have had much higher quality discussions about the portfolio.

During the collaboration with Soley, we have identified further use cases for us and will tackle these in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
