The UI is very easy to use, and it’s a great tool for monitoring network, and server monitoring. Very easy to create alerts, dashboard using query or manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every version have some bugs like currently i am on version 2025.4.3 where i am facing polling issue on agent monitored nodes. After some time, i have to repair collector and job engine services that took my 4-5 productive hours. Also, i am facing issue in unmanaging multiple nodes. But this issue is resolved in 2026.2.3.
