What do you like best about SolarWinds Observability?

SolarWinds gives us a centralized view of our infrastructure and makes it much easier to monitor the health and availability of servers, network devices, and other critical systems. The alerting is one of the most useful features because it allows us to identify issues quickly and often address them before they have a larger impact on users. What do you dislike about SolarWinds Observability?

The biggest downside is that configuration can become complicated, especially when creating more advanced alerts or trying to fine-tune monitoring to reduce unnecessary notifications. There are a lot of options and settings, so it can take some time to learn where everything is and configure it properly. Some areas of the interface could also be more intuitive and streamlined. SolarWinds helps us proactively monitor our infrastructure and identify performance or availability issues before they become larger problems. It provides centralized visibility into servers, network devices, and critical services, which makes troubleshooting much faster. The automated alerting also reduces the need for constant manual monitoring and helps our IT team respond to issues quickly, improving overall system reliability and uptime.
