What do you like best about SolarWinds IT Incident Response (Squadcast)?
Squadcast has all the core functionality to support your operations, alert management, and escalations at a very reasonable price point. Technical support has been excellent, and they provide fast response to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SolarWinds IT Incident Response (Squadcast)?
They are minor - the mobile app is not as configurable as some competitors such as custom sounds. That being said, there is always improvements in this space so I am sure it will be addressed soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
