Squadcast has all the core functionality to support your operations, alert management, and escalations at a very reasonable price point. They are minor - the mobile app is not as configurable as some competitors such as custom sounds. That being said, there is always improvements in this space so I am sure it will be addressed soon. Correlation of multiple alerts to single events to simply our alert management.
