What do you like best about Sokin?

I like Sokin because I have a human contact, specifically one account manager who knows me and my business context. This is really helpful as it means I don't have to explain everything every time I have a question. If I have a question, I can address it directly with him, and he understands where I'm coming from. He can then get in touch with the right people inside Sokin to get answers or resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sokin?

The single point of contact human approach is a double-edged sword. This can also slow things down, but that is something I accept. The initial setup included some back and forth, although that also reassures me that their compliance is being taken seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sokin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sokin lets me manage multiple currency accounts with one bank, and having a dedicated account manager means I don't have to repeatedly explain my business context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
