I like Sokin because I have a human contact, specifically one account manager who knows me and my business context. This is really helpful as it means I don't have to explain everything every time I have a question. If I have a question, I can address it directly with him, and he understands where I'm coming from. The single point of contact human approach is a double-edged sword. This can also slow things down, but that is something I accept.
